Products

We sell digital license keys (Windows, Microsoft Office). Keys are delivered electronically via email or WhatsApp after payment verification.

Orders & Payment

Payments are processed by the payment gateway selected at checkout. You must provide a valid email and phone number for delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect contact information provided by the buyer.

Delivery

Delivery is usually instant but may take up to 24 hours for manual verification. Delivery is performed only after payment confirmation.

Refunds

Because license keys are unique and digitally delivered, refunds are not available after key delivery except in exceptional cases described in our Refund Policy.

Liability

KeyNexaShop’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We provide activation support but do not accept liability for third-party software compatibility issues outside our control.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
