Refund & Cancellation Policy

Nature of Digital Products

Keynexa Shop sells digital software services only. This is a digital product - no physical items will be shipped. Delivery is completed electronically via email within 24 hours of successful payment. Refunds are applicable only if the service is not delivered or is technically defective. No refunds are provided once the service has been successfully delivered and accessed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order BEFORE the service has been delivered to your email. Once the digital product has been sent to your registered email address, the order cannot be cancelled as the product has been delivered. To request a cancellation before delivery, contact our support team immediately at Support@keynexashop.com with your order number.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only provided in the following exceptional circumstances: (1) The service is not delivered or is technically defective, (2) The product received does not match the description on our website, (3) You received the wrong product due to our error, or (4) Technical issues on our end prevent proper delivery or access. Refunds will NOT be provided for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or compatibility issues not mentioned in product requirements.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a non-delivered or defective service, you must contact our support team at Support@keynexashop.com within 24 hours of purchase. Please include: (1) Your order number/transaction ID, (2) The product name, (3) Detailed explanation of the issue with screenshots if applicable, and (4) Error messages received during activation. Our support team will investigate and respond within 24-48 business hours.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved after investigation, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (bank account, credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.). The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days. Keynexa Shop is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases: (1) Services that have been successfully delivered and are working as described, (2) Change of mind or buyer's remorse after receiving a valid, working service, (3) User error, incompatible systems, or failure to meet minimum system requirements clearly stated in the product description, (4) Refund requests made after 24 hours from the time of purchase and delivery, or (5) Products that were purchased on sale, promotional offers, or during special discounts (unless the service is proven defective).

Replacement Policy

In cases where a refund is not applicable but the service is genuinely defective or non-working, we may offer a replacement of the same product at no additional cost. This is subject to verification by our technical team. Replacements will be provided within 24-48 hours of verification.
